About us

The Australian Arab Cultural Forum (AACF) is a non-profit, unpolitical and inclusive community service organisation founded in Jan. 2019 in Sydney Australia.

The main objectives are:

1. Encourage all literature, cultural, social, and artistic activities among the Arabic speaking communities across NSW and reactivate the social and rational relationship and revitalise avidity and concordance between the communities itself interchangeably with Australian people alike.

AACF aims to improve social participation, personal well-being, community connectedness among Arab and CALD community enabling them to rebuild their lives and contribute to Australian multicultural community.

AACF aims to maintain the social and cultural ties between the Arab in Australia and Around the world specifically in Arabic Word.

2. Support and encourage youth and cohorts to adapt and enrol in the artistic and intellectual activities; arts, music, lyric poem, writing / authoring books, and hence invite non -Arabs to join in and mutually exchange and swap ethnic diversity manners and attitudes within the multicultural societies.

AACF aims to build cohesion by empowering young Arab, and CALD young people to stand together against divisive forces and become champions for our peaceful and harmonious way of life.

3. Focus on Arabic women and boosting them to encourage their contribution by continuous education and proper working opportunities.

The AACF aims to empowering Arabic and CALD women, disrupts the divers of general violence, promote healthy and respectful relationship, and change attitudes towards women, that will be the key to ending violence against women and girls.

4. Stick to Arabic (mother language) teachings and encourage learning.

5. AACF aims to arrange and conduct conferences and symposia at NSW and pay attention to the Arabs migrants / refugees, and investigate obstructions and roadblock encountered when arriving. Moreover, the AACF will diligently helping in finding ways to overcome all hurdles facing newcomers and frustrated old Arabic and CALD people.

6. AACF aims to support and encourage the deep understanding of the Aboriginal (Australia first nation), and attempting to stimulate the dialogue with them, targeting more collaboration and relation ties.
